All external changes to your home require advance review and approval by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Forms with drawings and a plat must be turned in to TWC on or before the last day of each month. The ARC submission form is on the Monroe Manor website.
Per our HOA covenants, all changes to the exterior of your home, including but not limited to new landscaping, removal of landscaping, exterior color changes, replacement of exterior items with different materials, and changes to your physical home structure, require submission of an ARC form and ARC approval BEFORE any work or construction begins. Speak with an ARC member if you have questions or a project coming up. For notification purposes, all affected neighbors on all sides of your home, possibly including across the street, must sign the ARC form. Forms plus plat, materials listing, and other relevant documents need to be sent to TWC Association Management. The submission deadline is the last day of each month. The ARC typically meets the second week of each month and notifies homeowners of the results of the review soon thereafter.
